MORE THAN MUSIC

Rave culture has always been about more than the music.

It's movement. Connection. Freedom. Expression. Community.

A place where people from completely different walks of life can come together, lose themselves in the music and feel part of something bigger.

Rave Therapy brings mental health support into that community, offering a safe, inclusive and confidential space for everyone involved in the rave scene.

THERAPY THAT GETS THE CULTURE

Traditional therapy doesn't always feel like it speaks your language.

Rave Therapy is about creating support that understands the culture, community and lifestyle surrounding electronic music.

Whether you're a raver, artist, DJ, creative or someone working behind the scenes, you can access confidential one-to-one therapy as well as tailored group support - in a space that gets it.

WHY RAVE?

Music, movement and community can play a powerful role in our wellbeing.

RELEASE

Music, movement and expression can help us reconnect with the body and release tension.

PRESENCE

Those moments on the dancefloor can support flow, mindfulness and being completely in the moment.

CONNECTION

A shared love of music brings people together, creating friendships, belonging and meaningful human connection.

COMMUNITY

For people experiencing loneliness or isolation, finding people who understand you can make an enormous difference.

OUR MISSION

To make talking about mental health as normal within rave culture as talking about the music.

We want to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health support within the rave scene and make accessing professional support feel relevant, accessible and part of the community for everyone who helps make the scene what it is.
