ABOUT JOCELYN MCKINLAY
I am a qualified counsellor and Cognitive Behaviour Therapist based in East Lothian, offering both in-person sessions at Cockenzie House & Gardens in Prestonpans and online therapy via video call.

After experiencing the profound benefits of therapy for my own difficulties many years ago, I retrained professionally. This allows me to do what I am passionate about and support people to make positive changes in their own lives.

I am passionate about supporting individuals improve their mental health by working through difficulties collaboratively. Each person learns differently and that is respected. My approach is unique and tailored to you.

As a neurodiverse therapist who has ADHD, I understand that everyone learns and processes information differently. As well as having an extensive understanding of Autism and ADHD,
