Hi, I’m Jocelyn McKinlay.

I am a qualified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist based in East Lothian. After experiencing the profound benefits of therapy for my own difficulties many years ago, I retrained professionally. This allows me to do what I am passionate about and support people to make positive changes in their own lives.

I am passionate about supporting individuals improve their mental health by working through difficulties collaboratively. Each person learns differently and that is respected. My approach is unique and tailored to you.
